Job Description
Fractional Chief Medical Officer advancing CopilotIQ+Biofourmis’ AI-driven in-home care platform. Leading clinical strategy, enterprise sales support, partnerships, and outcomes research.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the clinical executive during enterprise sales discussions with health plans and risk-bearing organizations
- Present the clinical strategy, care model, evidence base, and expected outcomes of hypertension, diabetes, and CHF programs
- Build credibility with Chief Medical Officers, Medical Directors, Population Health, Quality and Stars leaders, and Quality executives
- Support RFP responses, finalist presentations, and executive briefings
- Partner with Sales to address clinical objections and differentiate the platform from competitors
- Represent the company at industry conferences, payer forums, and customer events
- Drive the publication of research demonstrating savings for payor partners
- Support commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and clinical product strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Clinical Operations, and Executive Leadership to articulate clinical value and drive clinical innovation
- Establish a framework for measuring and demonstrating clinical outcomes
Requirements:
- MD with unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, or a related specialty
- 10+ years of clinical leadership experience
- Knowledge of CMS Stars, HEDIS, NCQA, and quality improvement programs
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage populations
- Deep understanding of hypertension, diabetes, and congestive heart failure management
- Experience presenting to executive healthcare audiences
- Strong understanding of value-based care, quality programs, and population health
