Job Description
French-speaking Immigration Counsellor assisting skilled professionals preparing for Canadian permanent residency. Conducting consultations and assessing candidate eligibility through virtual channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from social media and marketing campaigns
- Conduct consultations with French-speaking professionals interested in Canadian immigration
- Assess candidate eligibility for Express Entry and Francophone immigration pathways
- Coordinate webinar registrations and client follow-ups
- Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and social media
- Maintain lead records and follow-up activities in CRM systems
- Assist with local networking and professional outreach activities
- Work closely with our backend immigration and language training team
Requirements:
- Fluent French communication skills
- Good English communication skills
- Strong communication and sales abilities
- Professional attitude and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and social media
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience in immigration consulting, education consulting, sales, or customer service is an asset
