Job Description
GBS Consultant managing full-lifecycle IT transformations for an agile consulting firm in Poland. Contributing enterprise IT optimizations and standardized operating models in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-lifecycle IT transformations, including feasibility assessments, application/process migrations, knowledge transfer, and operational stabilization.
- Contribute to the architecture and deployment of standardized IT operating models within Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services environments.
- Manage project timelines, track dependencies, mitigate technical risks, and maintain robust documentation across transformation workstreams.
- Partner with IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement teams to facilitate client workshops, manage communications, and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Map enterprise systems and service workflows to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous service improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent in Germand and English
- Ability to travel to Frankfurt as needed
