Job Description
Personal Growth Consultant building an independent remote business through personal development and success education programs. Developing relationships, marketing prospects, and growing performance-based income.
Responsibilities:
- Independently build professional relationships with individuals interested in personal growth, leadership, professional development, and success education
- Introduce qualified individuals to relevant educational programs
- Develop the business through relationship building, digital communication, marketing, consultation, and follow-up
- Build and maintain professional relationships

- Conduct professional conversations and follow-up
- Utilize digital marketing and communication platforms
- Develop and manage a customer base
- Follow established business systems and processes
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
- Continue developing leadership and business capabilities
- Manage business activities independently and professionally
Requirements:

- Professional experience in executive leadership, management, business development, sales, coaching, consulting, education, training, entrepreneurship, real estate, insurance, human resources, marketing, communications, customer or client relations, health and wellness advocacy, or other professional or relationship-based fields
