Job Description
Global Study Lead coordinating global clinical-trial projects for ICON Strategic Solutions. Managing timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery remotely across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project and programme management delivery
- Resolve project issues and develop team capability
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Implement strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
- Ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
- Significant experience in project management and team leadership
- Extensive experience working with global clinical trials
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, delivering within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30%
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
