Job Description
Agente de atención al cliente remoto para Konecta, empresa peruana que conecta empresas con sus clientes. Atención en turno completo de tarde desde casa.
Responsibilities:
- Brindar atención al cliente (ATC)
- Trabajar en turno full time de tarde
- Participar en capacitación
- Atender desde casa utilizando laptop o PC e internet cableado
- Conectar empresas con sus clientes mediante experiencias de servicio
Requirements:
- Secundaria completa
- Disponibilidad para laborar de manera 100% desde casa
- Para la capacitación contar con una laptop o pc
- Internet cableado
- Horarios full time Tarde
- Actitud proactiva, orientación al cliente y deseos de aprender
- Experiencia profesional: Menos de 1 año
