Job Description
Senior Google Ads Manager für AI-first Performance Marketing bei E-Commerce-Agentur. Steuerung und Skalierung profitabler Kampagnen für Wachstumskunden im vollständig remote arbeitenden Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen
- Optimize campaigns based on contribution margins, not just ROAS
- Strategically manage and independently advise clients
- Analyze account data and derive actionable measures
- Actively leverage AI tools
- Help develop internal standards
- Support high-growth clients alongside a team of more than 25 e-commerce specialists
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in an e-commerce environment
- Ideally, your experience is complemented by a degree in online marketing, data analysis, or a comparable analytical field
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to recognize patterns quickly
- Deep understanding of digital marketing
- Ambition to develop an in-depth understanding of Google Ads
- Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
- Outstanding self-organization and discipline
- German language skills at least at a basic level (A1, A2, or B1) will be requested in the application form
