Job Description
Governance Coordinator supporting BD’s medical technology governance, documentation, and archival processes. Coordinating stakeholders and audits for Swiss HQ operating models in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and coordinate activities as instructed by the Senior Director Global Governance to drive governance of the Swiss HQ operating models
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with regional and global business unit and functional leaders and relevant stakeholders
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement of Swiss HQ documentation and archival policies and processes
- Help enable process standardization
- Support documentation alignment with business unit and functional leaders to ensure compliance with the Swiss HQ business model
- Collect and review documentation and identify documentation issues
- Audit storage and archival processes and data availability for future retrieval
- Report audit findings to the Governance Director and help resolve issues, partnering with IT as needed
- Perform other duties assigned by the Governance Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree (last-year students are also welcome)
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business administration, governance support, operations, or a similar role
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in detail oriented way and to seek improvements
- Proven success in a role that requires close partnership with colleagues and business clients is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work under significant pressures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
