Job Description

Graphic Designer creating visual stories for Canva's lifecycle marketing channels. Designing email and mobile assets while collaborating closely with marketers and product managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Help shape how personalised messaging comes to life across Canva’s lifecycle channels.
  • Design on-brand, visually engaging email and mobile assets tailored to user context and lifecycle stage.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, from research and concepting to execution and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with marketers, product managers and fellow designers to ensure creative alignment and accuracy.
  • Develop scalable templates, asset libraries, and design systems that support fast-paced experimentation.
  • Review and refine creative outputs to maintain a high standard of quality across all campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing high-quality email, mobile, or digital marketing work.
  • Ability to create fresh, relevant, and timely visuals tailored to specific audiences and user mindsets.
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end design workflows, including feedback, iteration, and quality assurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining creative excellence across every output.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements.
