Job Description
Graphic Designer creating visual content for sponsorship activations and marketing campaigns at Asia Football Group. Focus on brand storytelling and engagement in sports culture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative assets for branded content, fan engagement graphics, and digital touchpoints
- Professionally edit, retouch, colour-correct, and crop images to maintain high visual standards across all deliverables
- Deliver assets on time and to specification, maintaining consistency and meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to contribute ideas, interpret briefs and translate strategic objectives into visually compelling designs
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, platform updates, and visual best practices
- Adapt and localise assets for regional markets as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in brand design
- Strong focus on executing and maintaining consistent visual identities using established brand guidelines
- Experience in designing social media graphics and template development
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite e.g Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Motion graphics skills are a plus
- Solid understanding of content performance and major digital platform behaviours
- Ability to handle a high volume of assets in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A genuine passion for or knowledge of sports, particularly football, is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, editing, or ideation platforms) to support creative development is an advantage
