Job Description

Graphic Designer creating static ad creatives for a US-based SaaS company. Collaborating with media buyers and optimizing ads for performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design static ad creatives for paid social campaigns.
  • Create image ads, carousels, thumbnails, and promotional assets.
  • Produce multiple creative variations for testing.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and performance creative team.
  • Apply direct-response design principles.
  • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance.
  • Create Lo-fi “ugly ads” as needed.
  • Iterate creatives based on campaign results.
  • Support creative testing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong graphic design portfolio.
  • Experience creating static ads for paid social on SaaS/Apps.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to design for conversion rather than aesthetics alone.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
  • Nice-to-Have
  • DTC/eCommerce experience.
  • Meta Ads creative experience.
  • Understanding of performance metrics.
  • Experience creating creatives for high-volume testing environments.
