Job Description
Senior Visual Designer creating luxury, fintech, and banking brand identities for VPteam. Producing illustrations, social content, banners, and 3D assets adaptable to client brands.
Responsibilities:
- Create visual design work as an Illustrator, Visual Designer, or Brand Designer
- Develop logo and brand identity solutions with strong foundational branding craft
- Produce illustrations across multiple styles, including 3D work
- Create branding assets, social media posts for Twitter and LinkedIn, banners, backdrops, and roll-ups
- Adapt visual styles to client brands rather than relying on a narrow personal aesthetic
- Deliver versatile design work across different industries and project types
- Present portfolio work professionally with clear individual authorship
Requirements:
- Design portfolio required; applications without one will not be considered
- Portfolio must show real client work with clear individual authorship
- 5+ years of experience specifically as an Illustrator, Visual Designer, or Brand Designer
- Experience in Luxury, Fintech, Banking, or high-end digital design domains
- Portfolio must demonstrate versatility across industries and project types
- Strong execution of core logo and brand identity craft
- Ability to create different solutions across brand identity projects
- Confident command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D
- Portfolio featuring a range of illustration styles, including 3D work
- Portfolio must include illustrations, branding, Twitter and LinkedIn social media posts, banners, and backdrops including roll-ups
- Location/timezone: EU or UAE
- English level proficient
- Flexible style adaptable to client brands
- High attention to detail
- Professional, appropriate portfolio presentation
- Not a UX/Product Designer role; portfolios primarily consisting of UX case studies, user flows, or app/dashboard UI are not a fit
