Job Description

Graphic Designer & Video Editor creating visual content and video editing for Visit.org's marketing initiatives. Collaborating across teams to align visuals with brand standards in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality graphic assets for email marketing, social media, marketing campaigns, website content, and digital promotions
  • Design visual materials that support marketing and sales efforts, including presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, digital banners, and promotional materials
  • Develop on-brand visuals for social media and digital campaigns that communicate our mission and engage our audience
  • Design graphics and branded assets for marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and company swag
  • Ensure all visual assets align with Visit.org brand standards, tone, and visual identity
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling
  • Edit engaging video content for marketing, social media, and brand storytelling initiatives
  • Support video production through editing, motion graphics, formatting, and post-production workflows
  • Repurpose video and visual content across multiple platforms and formats
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, video editing, or multimedia content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across marketing materials, social media, and digital campaigns (portfolio required with application)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience designing assets for email marketing, social media, and digital platforms
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency
  • Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with nonprofits, media organizations, or mission-driven brands is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
