Job Description

Graphic Designer creating visual content for an online boating school. Collaborating remotely to enhance the brand's visual presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Creative Production: You independently create graphics, ad creatives, carousel ads and social media assets in the appropriate formats for Meta, Google, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — using Canva, Figma, Photoshop and/or AI tools.
  • Video & Image Editing: You edit and refine existing footage from shoot days, and recycle/repurpose older content into fresh formats such as Reels, Stories and Shorts.
  • Quality Assurance: You review every visual for brand compliance and ensure that nothing half-finished goes live — from feed posts to ad creatives.

Requirements:

  • Design Expertise: You have training or substantial practical experience in media design or graphic design. Your designs look professional and are ready for immediate use.
  • Design Tools: You are confident using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools and deliver assets in the correct formats for social media and paid ads.
  • Cutting & Editing Skills: You can edit and cut video using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar, and are proficient in image editing.
  • AI Affinity: You use AI tools for image generation, copy drafting or creative workflows as part of your daily work.
  • Self-Directed Work: You organize yourself effectively when working from home, meet deadlines and do not require micromanagement.

Benefits:

  • 100% Remote: Work flexibly from wherever you feel most comfortable.
  • Creative Freedom: You actively shape our entire visual presence. No approval ping-pong.
  • Flat Hierarchies: In our small team we work on equal footing and make decisions quickly.
  • Growth: Be part of an expanding company and develop with us.
  • Meaningful Work: You help people realize their dream of enjoying time on the water. Get your boat license if you want — optional, not required.
