Job Description
GRC Consultant focusing on B2B SaaS sales at HiScout GmbH. Contributing to sales strategies in compliance and IT security markets with remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a sales strategy that generates repeatable, scalable revenue (license sales, subscription models, renewals, cross-/upsell)
- Execute the entire go-to-market strategy: from lead generation through deal closing to renewals
- Leverage marketing as a growth driver: refine target groups and personas, develop campaigns and content that deliver high-quality leads
- Work closely with platform, module and project teams to ensure customer requirements are realistic and the value proposition is clearly communicated
- Involve partner management: maintain shared customer lists, jointly pursue strategic accounts, and share know-how
- Revenue planning, regular forecasting and responsibility for order intake
- Represent HiScout externally: at conferences, with key accounts, partners and in public — serving as HiScout’s face in the market
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in compliance, data protection or IT security markets
- Proven track record in license/subscription sales, renewals and cross-/upsell
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — internally and externally
- Confident presence as the company’s representative with customers, partners and at events
- Experience with common CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Confluence)
- Native-level German, business-fluent English
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
