Job Description
Principal Consultant specializing in HCM Security, Integrations, and Data Migration for federal clients. Configure security controls, support integrations, and execute migration activities.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain HCM security roles, privileges, data access controls, and related security frameworks.
- Support the design, development, and testing of integrations between HCM modules and external systems.
- Execute data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Configure HCM applications in accordance with business and technical requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and validation procedures for system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot configuration, security, integration, and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document system configurations, integration specifications, migration processes, and testing results.
- Support deployment activities and post-production stabilization efforts.
Requirements:
- US Citizen
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HCM systems, enterprise applications, or related technology environments
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience or related client-facing technology experience preferred.
- Experience with:
- o HCM security configuration and administration
- o System and module integrations
- o Data migration methodologies and tools
- o Configuration and testing activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies.
- Preferred Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite HCM, Workday, or comparable HCM platforms.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and cloud integration solutions.
- Experience supporting federal government or public sector clients.
- Relevant HCM, cloud, or technical certifications.
