Job Description
Lead end-to-end AI transformation across the company at Herrera Headhunters. Drive automation strategies and build AI solutions in a remote role based in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Audit current workflows across all departments (sales, operations, marketing, recruitment)
- Identify AI-driven opportunities to reduce manual work, optimize processes, and cut costs
- Deploy and manage AI tools and automations across the organization
- Build and maintain internal AI workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Train internal team members on AI tools and best practices
- Work closely with leadership to measure impact and continuously improve performance
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation automation (scraping, enrichment, nurturing)
- Lead the implementation of AI in CRM processes, reporting systems, and operational pipelines
Requirements:
- Strong background in AI implementation across multiple departments
- Ability to translate business needs into automated solutions
- Experience with AI tools (LLMs, no-code automation, data enrichment tools, CRM AI integrations, etc.)
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working fully remotely
- Experience working in scaling startups is a plus
- Fluent in English; other languages beneficial
