Job Description
Senior Consultant working on data and AI solutions in Microsoft Fabric. Leading client engagements and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on Microsoft Fabric
- Independently lead and deliver billable client engagements
- Execute Atmosera delivery frameworks including Data Workshops, Assessments & Blueprinting, and Fabric Foundations
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant data solutions
- Own technical architecture decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Build and optimize data pipelines and develop Spark-based workloads
- Facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and maintain professionalism
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory
- Advanced proficiency in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala preferred)
- Experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, ELT/ETL patterns)
- Strong understanding of Azure data services and ecosystem integration
- Proven ability to independently deliver consulting engagements
- Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills
- Experience leading workshops, assessments, and architecture design sessions
- Ability to operate with minimal oversight after onboarding

- Databricks, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics experience preferred
- Certifications strongly preferred: DP-203, Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer certification, Azure Solutions Architect Expert
