Job Description

Head of Growth & Marketing at Naijatutors Konnect, focusing on customer acquisition and brand growth. Driving measurable results through innovative marketing strategies and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s growth and marketing strategy.
  • Increase brand awareness and grow engagement across all digital platforms.
  • Own and execute our content strategy and social media calendar.
  • Plan, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
  • Increase qualified enquiries and improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion.
  • Analyse marketing performance, customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Improve website performance, lead generation and customer journeys.
  • Develop email marketing, CRM and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Lead marketing campaigns for new products, services and events.
  • Build and manage internal and external marketing resources, including freelancers and agencies.
  • Produce regular reports on marketing performance, ROI and key growth metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in growth, digital or performance marketing.
  • A proven track record of growing a consumer-facing brand.
  • Strong experience managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
  • Experience developing content strategies that increase engagement and generate leads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and marketing communication skills.
  • Experience leading marketing projects or teams.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.
  • Experience in education, EdTech or a subscription-based business is an advantage.
