Job Description

Head of Growth owning paid acquisition, email, funnels, and webinars for WeScale, which teaches print-on-demand sellers to build brands. Driving profitable membership growth through attribution and AI automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own everything between someone seeing an ad and becoming a paying member
  • Report directly to Chris and work alongside content and community team members
  • Manage paid acquisition on Meta and Google, including YouTube, with retargeting and cold traffic campaigns
  • Own email end to end, including the list, flows, sends, weekly newsletter, onboarding rewrite, and delivery of 6,000 lead magnets
  • Improve conversion across the Blueprint quiz, BuildMyPOD, Accelerator sales page, and webinar pages
  • Run the webinar campaign calendar, emails, retargeting, replay, and offer window
  • Maintain the growth scoreboard using Hyros, Klaviyo, and Marketing Hub
  • Deliver the 7am Slack pulse, Monday trend recap, and Friday leadership-call KPI line
  • Test creative, audiences, and offers within guardrails
  • Extend the AI command center and build agents to automate busywork
  • Grow weekly paying-member acquisition beyond webinar weeks
  • Ensure ads are active, profitable, and attributed with falling cost per paying member
  • Increase free-to-paid conversion above 3 to 4 percent
  • Grow webinar registrations while protecting close rate
  • Enable Chris to stop personally operating Klaviyo, Meta, and Hyros within a year

Requirements:

  • Personally run paid ads on Meta and Google with real budgets and be accountable for return; managing an agency that ran them does not count
  • Run email at scale in Klaviyo or equivalent, including flows, deliverability, and a recurring send judged on performance
  • Build and fix funnels
  • Work with attribution tooling such as Hyros
  • Be AI-native; agents and automation are already part of how you work
  • Experience in community, course, coaching, or membership businesses growing through YouTube, webinars, and email is the closest fit
  • E-commerce marketing experience is acceptable if the listed skills are present
  • Work remotely from the USA
  • Work US business hours with Central overlap
  • Available every other Saturday for a live webinar campaign day

Benefits:

  • Performance incentive: a percentage of the incremental contribution profit you create, capped annually, set in the offer
  • Equity: 0.25 percent profits interest, four-year vest, one-year cliff
  • Two weeks paid time off
  • Remote work
  • Full-time contractor arrangement
  • US business hours with Central overlap
  • Start immediately
