Job Description

Lead health informatics coordinator supporting Telligen’s national health programs. Overseeing operations, documentation, client relationships, and contract deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to technical assistance programs of national scope
  • Collaborate with entities involved in programs to design and develop products or services supporting contract deliverables
  • Oversee program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with project teams
  • Provide direction to internal and/or project teams, deliver status reports, and resolve issues
  • Research and resolve issues using relevant knowledge and expertise
  • Create, update, review, and distribute accurate documentation following established processes and 508 compliance standards
  • Perform final document review before Manager review and approval
  • Conduct client needs analysis and assessment
  • Manage client expectations and relationships
  • Oversee daily activities to ensure programs and services meet or exceed client expectations
  • Interact with customers, partners, and other contractors to ensure successful task completion
  • Coordinate with managers to align client expectations with contract-specific requirements
  • Assist management in leading teams by assigning and reviewing tasks, developing processes, and coaching and training staff

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, and/or equivalent training and/or experience
  • 7-10 years’ experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight
  • 2-3 years’ client/customer management experience managing and owning client expectations and relationships
  • 3-5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff
  • Demonstrated experience with a health-related system and/or corporate systems
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Windows, all Microsoft Office products, and other PC-based software products
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with database applications, data trending/graphics, and reporting tools
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with data collection techniques, basic data analysis, and graphic representation of data
  • Active Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID required, including an ICT account and EUA ID for routine access to CMS federally controlled information systems
  • If not currently holding an active EUA ID, must complete required training and obtain the EUA ID
  • Some specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship
  • CMS and/or other federal agency experience preferred
  • Experience working on CMMI alternative payment models preferred
  • Experience with CMS systems such as 4i, ServiceNow, ISP systems, and CMS Confluence systems
