Job Description
Quality, Audit & Compliance role ensuring clinical documentation integrity in healthcare operations. Supporting improvement initiatives and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit patient medical charts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams on corrective actions
- Maintain audit logs, tracking systems, and quality metrics
- Support compliance initiatives, accreditation, and survey readiness
- Assist in training staff on documentation standards
- Analyze audit data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- Knowledge in quality, audit, and compliance practices
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience with auditing processes and documentation standards
