Job Description

Quality, Audit & Compliance role ensuring clinical documentation integrity in healthcare operations. Supporting improvement initiatives and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit patient medical charts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams on corrective actions
  • Maintain audit logs, tracking systems, and quality metrics
  • Support compliance initiatives, accreditation, and survey readiness
  • Assist in training staff on documentation standards
  • Analyze audit data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements

Requirements:
