Job Description
NVIDIA HPC Engineer deploying and supporting large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure for Singapore customers. Designing systems across Linux, networking, cluster management, and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and maintain AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers
- Serve as the domain expert with customers from planning calls through implementation
- Interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale AI/HPC projects
- Provide handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers as customers begin rolling out sophisticated systems
- Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements
- Work across networking, system design, and automation while serving as the customer-facing technical expert
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products
- Knowledge and experience with AI Factory / HPC
- Linux system administration, process management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and optimization
- Experience with cluster management technologies
- Scripting proficiency
- Ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask with limited supervision
- Experience with schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, or PBS
- Industry-standard Linux certifications are a plus
- InfiniBand or Ethernet experience is a plus
- Experience with GPU-focused hardware/software is a plus
- Experience with MPI is a plus
- Automation tooling background with Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or similar is a plus
