Job Description
HR Data Integrity and Reporting Analyst responsible for compensation reporting and analytics. Developing metrics and dashboards to ensure data quality and support HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate compensation reporting and analytics
- Support compensation as the primary analytical resource
- Ensure data integrity, clear communication, and consistent reporting practices across HR systems
- Conduct market pricing, benchmark comparisons, job evaluations
- Manage the Compensation inbox and deliver high-quality stakeholder support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- 3 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training
- Minimum two (2) years of HRIS experience with a heavy emphasis in data reporting and analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration
- Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
