Job Description
Part-time physician conducting personalized in-home health evaluations for Signify Health, part of CVS Health. Reviewing histories, performing exams, and providing diagnostic screenings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide approximately 45-minute in-home health evaluations
- Engage with individuals and answer health questions
- Review medications and medical histories
- Perform physical evaluations
- Provide additional diagnostic tests when ordered by the health plan, including diabetic eye exams and spirometry
- Use an iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation
- Visit people nationwide to connect them with appropriate care
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide Signify Health Diagnostic & Preventive Services, including spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screening
- Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MD or DO qualification
- Ability to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Ability to conduct virtual visits as needed
- Ability to safely and comfortably perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and airborne allergens or irritants
- Multi-state licenses preferred
