Job Description
Receptive Sales Specialist responsible for assisting customers with needs through phone interactions. Work remotely from Brazil with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound customer service with sales
- Identify customer needs and clarify doubts
- Execute procedures and offer products and/or services
- Handle different types of situations reported by customers
- Use systems to record interactions and actions
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma
- Good verbal fluency and persuasive skills
- Negotiation and argumentation abilities
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Availability to attend training and work remotely (home office)
- Preferably reside near the Atento Ribeirão Preto Unit
