Job Description
Atendente receptivo com foco em vendas na Atento. Identificando necessidades dos clientes e oferecendo produtos e serviços de telefonia na unidade de Ribeirão Preto.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound customer service with a sales focus, aimed at identifying customer needs, answering questions, performing procedures, and offering products and/or services.
- The agent will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures.
- Sales of products and services;
- Specific technical tasks: Call center support offering voice and data telephony services or products, including service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services;
- Use systems to record interactions and apply service procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- High school diploma (completed).
- Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability.
- Negotiation and argumentation skills.
- Basic computer skills and typing.
- Availability to attend training and work from home (Home Office).
- Preferably reside near the Atento Ribeirão Preto unit.
