Job Description

Internal Area Sales Manager at United Auto Credit managing relationships with dealers. Making outbound calls, signing new dealers, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for signing, retaining, and expanding relationships with independent and franchise dealerships
  • Make 70 or more outbound calls and 2.5 hours or more talk time daily to dealers in assigned territories
  • Sign 3 or more new dealers each month, providing them with the training and support necessary to ensure early and continued adoption of our lending platform
  • Engage with underperforming accounts to establish value and ensure an ongoing partnership
  • Provide short term coverage for external markets during times of vacancy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all UACC programs, policies and ancillary products
  • Work closely with the credit, funding, titles and dealer compliance teams to resolve any dealership issues within your territory
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to your dealer customers, which includes 24/7 availability

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, remote office environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and engaging individual
  • High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Previous experience in a challenging sales role preferred but not mandatory
  • Auto finance, dealership or other sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience working remotely is highly preferred
