Job Description
Insights Consultant managing client accounts for Cision, a consumer and media intelligence company. Coordinating insight delivery, renewals, editorial quality, and client growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact, understand business objectives, provide strategic guidance, resolve challenges, and identify partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to ensure accurate, insightful deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and maintain high editorial and service standards.
- Identify client risks and growth opportunities to support retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Manage client communications via email, phone, and occasional in-person meetings.
- Link clients with internal teams and resolve service delivery, editorial quality, and contractual issues.
- Support renewals through account information, service-scope tracking, proposals, SOWs, and contract documentation.
- Support client projects through research, writing, editing, and quality checks.
- Handle ad-hoc client requests and delivery challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in PR, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging content.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and resolving client challenges in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and know when to seek support.
- Candidates must already be based in the country of employment.
- French speaking.
