Job Description
Insurance agent supporting customers through Jerry.ai’s app for managing car and home ownership. Handling policy inquiries, service requests, coverage guidance, and product feedback remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal changes
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with policy changes
- Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry app
- Problem-solve to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the product
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in an eligible location
- Valid P&C license status is assessed during application; license is not required because Jerry.ai pays for the license if needed
