Job Description
Insurance sales and service associate helping Jerry customers manage auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies. Supporting customers through calls, coverage matching, policy changes, and service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with policy changes
- Learn the insurance product panel and match customers with appropriate insurers
- Develop deep knowledge of Jerry’s evolving app
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and suitable coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the product
- Work as a member of the Customer Operations team
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment
- P&C insurance license is beneficial; applicants without one may have it paid for by Jerry.ai
- Must be able to work full-time
- Valid P&C license status is requested in the application
