Job Description

Analyst handling insurance compliance operations within technology-driven environment supporting GSE and HUD lender portfolios. Collaborating with senior team members for high-quality delivery and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely and accurate insurance reviews using our compliance platform
  • Maintain up-to-date insurance records and ensure data accuracy across assigned loans
  • Identify and flag exceptions based on defined guidelines
  • Support resolution of exceptions through structured workflows
  • Use internal systems to track documentation, manage workflows, and update compliance statuses
  • Follow established processes for data entry, exception handling, and reporting
  • Escalate system issues, edge cases, or inconsistencies to senior team members
  • Contribute feedback to improve workflows and platform usability
  • Support senior team members in managing lender portfolios
  • Assist in preparing compliance summaries and reports
  • Monitor assigned tasks and ensure SLAs are met
  • Learn and apply Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac / HUD insurance requirements
  • Build foundational knowledge of policy interpretation and risk assessment
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of reviews and decisions

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance, mortgage servicing, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in structured workflows and systems
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Exposure to insurance compliance or loan servicing (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools or data platforms (preferred)
  • Interest in insurtech, fintech, or automation (preferred)
