Job Description
Salesperson for an insurance company responsible for client outreach and consultative selling. Offering various insurance products and ensuring alignment with team directives.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and handle inbound inquiries from individual and corporate clients.
- Present and offer insurance products and services according to the client's profile and needs.
- Provide consultative service, delivering clear and objective information about coverages, terms, and benefits.
- Lead negotiations and close sales.
- Monitor proposals in progress and provide post-sale support.
- Keep the CRM up to date with contact and opportunity records.
- Work in alignment with the team and follow the brokerage's commercial guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in a university program (Business Administration, Law, Insurance, or related fields).
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
