Job Description
Integration Consultant delivering Workday integrations between enterprise systems and cloud applications in Germany. Designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting client solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client business and technical requirements
- Design, configure, test, and deploy integration solutions
- Translate technical requirements into integration architectures and configurations
- Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and production deployment
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout implementation projects
- Provide technical guidance on integration patterns, data transformation, security, and authentication
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project leadership
- Ensure integrations meet client requirements and performance expectations
- Contribute to successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support implementation and delivery of technical integrations between enterprise systems and cloud-based business applications
Requirements:
- Active Workday Integration Certification is mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience delivering complex enterprise business application projects
- At least 5 years of experience with integration technologies including SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, backend web development, and web services
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, data transmission, and performance optimization
- German language proficiency suitable for client-facing communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms (nice to have)
- Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and application security (nice to have)
- Previous experience in customer-facing consulting and enterprise implementation projects (nice to have)
