Job Description
US-based group benefits brokers and consultants completing a one-time survey. Sharing employer health and pharmacy benefits expertise with a healthcare AI research lab.
Responsibilities:
- Complete one structured approximately 20–23 minute online survey
- Answer multiple-choice questions and provide short voice-recorded responses
- Share perspectives on advising employers regarding group medical and pharmacy benefits
- Complete the survey once; there is no recurring work, hourly commitment, or follow-up
Requirements:
- Work with US employers as a group health benefits broker/agent, benefits consultant, or specialist support within a brokerage or benefits consulting firm
- At least 1 year of experience in employer benefits brokerage, consulting, or specialist advisory support
- Employer-sponsored group benefits (medical, pharmacy, and/or group retiree) must be the largest share of work over the past 12 months
- If personally selling or placing insurance, licensed to sell health insurance in at least one US state
- If personally placing employer medical insurance in the past 12 months, placed business with at least two medical carriers
- Based in the United States
- Access to a microphone and a quiet environment for voice responses
- Not open to individual-only brokers or employees of insurance carriers, PBMs, or health plans
