Job Description

Integrations Consultant leading complex Workday and enterprise HCM integrations for Ashby customers. Advising strategic clients and partnering cross-functionally to deliver successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and execute technical requirements for strategic customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations
  • Advise customers on integration best practices, technical configurations, and achieving business goals
  • Consult with customers using knowledge of integrations and integrated products to help them get up and running quickly with Ashby
  • Lead customer-facing technical engagements and complex integration projects
  • Manage project plans, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and delivery expectations
  • Navigate change management and help customers adapt to new systems and approaches
  • Partner with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional teams
  • Address thematic customer opportunities and improve internal processes
  • Serve as the customer advocate and voice to internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and use metrics to measure success
  • Coach customers and potentially act as Workday SME in pre-sales conversations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing and executing enterprise HCM integrations, especially Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience defining integration work, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, managing milestones, and delivering results
  • Workday HCM certification is preferred, not required
  • Experience with complex people-technology or ERP integrations, including technical solution design and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of complex products and their technical intricacies
  • Experience with customer implementations, integration best practices, technical configurations, and change management
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous, multithreaded projects and prioritize according to customer and business needs
  • Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Ability to serve as a Workday subject matter expert in pre-sales conversations when needed
  • Technical proficiency and consultative customer-advisory skills
  • Clear communication, precise clarification, and ability to distill complex concepts
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to coach customers and improve processes and workflows
  • Willingness to work remotely
  • Ideally located in the Eastern Standard Time zone
