Job Description
Consultor de Negócios em home office, realizando atendimento consultivo e vendas de telefonia, internet e cartões. Atendimento automatizado e desenvolvimento comercial na TMKT, empresa brasileira de Contact Center e CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, consultative customer service by presenting solutions tailored to customers’ purchasing needs
- Serve as the connection point between customers and services such as mobile plans, internet, and credit cards
- Answer questions and explain product benefits
- Follow the sales closing process through to completion
- Handle calls automatically routed by the system when the customer answers
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Completed high school education
- Reside in municipalities in Greater São Paulo (ABC Paulista, North Zone, East Zone, South Zone, West Zone, Downtown, Alto Tietê, or nearby areas)
- For remote work: own a computer or laptop
- For on-site work: easy access to Calmon Viana, Poá, São Paulo
- No prior experience in the role required
