Job Description
Intercultural program specialist managing end-to-end learner training programs for Learnlight, an EdTech company. Coordinating clients, learners, trainers, reporting, billing, and cross-cultural program delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage training programs end-to-end from authorization through delivery, ensuring service level agreements, client provisions, and high customer service standards are met
- Support client growth and profitability by maximizing existing client revenue, converting authorizations and initiations, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Welcome learners, understand their needs, resolve issues, and escalate non-standard programs or complaints
- Manage and support the global trainer network
- Maintain knowledge of trainers’ certifications and skills
- Guide trainers through day-to-day challenges and match them with learners based on needs, location, and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to investigate and resolve learner feedback, low ratings, exceptions, and program-related issues
- Maintain accurate program data and documentation, including platform records, tracking files, billing, payments, invoicing, and timely client reporting
- Serve as the single point of contact for training program coordination
- Report to the Regional Manager for Client Success Partnerships
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural company
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and with globally distributed teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and willingness to communicate directly with stakeholders by phone
- Strong intercultural sensitivity and awareness
- Background or experience in intercultural skills and competencies
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of an additional language is a bonus, not a requirement
- Knowledge of the SIETAR network is a benefit, not a requirement
