Job Description

Intercultural program specialist managing end-to-end learner training programs for Learnlight, an EdTech company. Coordinating clients, learners, trainers, reporting, billing, and cross-cultural program delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage training programs end-to-end from authorization through delivery, ensuring service level agreements, client provisions, and high customer service standards are met
  • Support client growth and profitability by maximizing existing client revenue, converting authorizations and initiations, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Welcome learners, understand their needs, resolve issues, and escalate non-standard programs or complaints
  • Manage and support the global trainer network
  • Maintain knowledge of trainers’ certifications and skills
  • Guide trainers through day-to-day challenges and match them with learners based on needs, location, and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to investigate and resolve learner feedback, low ratings, exceptions, and program-related issues
  • Maintain accurate program data and documentation, including platform records, tracking files, billing, payments, invoicing, and timely client reporting
  • Serve as the single point of contact for training program coordination
  • Report to the Regional Manager for Client Success Partnerships

Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Previous experience working in an international or multicultural company
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and with globally distributed teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and willingness to communicate directly with stakeholders by phone
  • Strong intercultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Background or experience in intercultural skills and competencies
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of an additional language is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Knowledge of the SIETAR network is a benefit, not a requirement
