Job Description
Logistics & Supply Chain Analytics Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières, overseeing analytics strategy and managing the analytics unit. Role involves high-impact deliverables and collaboration for operational improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of the Logistics & Supply Chain analytics and data strategy.
- Manage the Logistics & Supply Chain Analytics Unit while actively contributing to high-impact analytical deliverables.
- Define a Logistics & Supply Chain analytics and data strategy.
- Identify and translate analytical needs across the Logistics & Supply Chain Department.
- Develop, maintain and improve dashboards, reports and analytical tools.
- Establish a data governance framework and data quality standards.
- Collaborate with Projects & IT on data architecture, ETL pipelines and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related technical fields is required.
- A Master’s in Business Intelligence, Big Data or similar will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business/Data/BI Analyst, Data Scientist or Data Engineer, preferably in supply chain, logistics or technical environments.
- Proven experience using Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- French is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, C++) will be highly valued.
