Job Description
Content Creator producing high-impact video and social media content for Founders Bay accelerator. Passionate about storytelling and creative freedom in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- You are our content hub.
- You make sure good ideas get the attention they deserve.
- You edit and produce high-impact video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn snippets, YouTube) for us and our portfolio.
- You shoot and edit photo content for social media, the website and internal communications.
- You translate complex impact topics into short, punchy visual formats that stop scrollers in their tracks ("thumb-stopping power").
- You experiment with new formats and help sharpen our brand identity on social media.
Requirements:
- Experience in video production, camera operation and post-production
- Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- A good eye for aesthetics, pacing and brand impact
- Above all: passion for video, storytelling and social media
- Willingness to pick up the camera spontaneously when needed
- Initiative, creativity and a drive to make impact startups visible
- (Bonus) First experience with Building in Public or startup content
