Job Description
Engage as a partner for account setup and client communication for a global engineering team. Role emphasizes long-term collaboration and operational support, without required technical execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support account setup and onboarding processes for new clients
- Coordinate with our international engineering team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders
- (Optional) Participate in client-facing conversations, interviews, or status updates
- Contribute to long-term operational consistency and partnership development
- Provide reliable availability for periodic check-ins and coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Based in Canada, Europe, South America, or the United States
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a long-term partnership model
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in client coordination, account management, recruiting, or operations is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with senior technical teams
- Interest in stable, recurring income without the need for technical execution
- Open to expanding responsibilities over time
