Responsibilities:

  • Support account setup and onboarding processes for new clients
  • Coordinate with our international engineering team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to long-term operational consistency and partnership development
  • Provide reliable availability for periodic check-ins and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Based in Canada, Europe, South America, or the United States
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a long-term partnership model
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in client coordination, account management, recruiting, or operations is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with senior technical teams
