Job Description

IT Consultant developing customized low-code digital products for TIVITY’s business digitization platform. Translating customer visions into user stories, wireframes, MVPs, workflows, and validated solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients and independently design, implement, and deploy tailored solutions based on the TIVITY platform
  • Develop end-to-end solutions from the initial idea through user stories and mockups to the finished product
  • Act as the central interface between clients and the project/development team to ensure project success
  • Conduct in-depth product and competitive analyses of innovative, market-leading software solutions
  • Facilitate workshops to find solutions for complex technical and business topics
  • Capture client vision and requirements
  • Create wireframes to visualize user flows
  • Plan a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
  • Iteratively develop data models, data queries, user interfaces and workflows using the TIVITY platform
  • Validate solutions through user surveys and apply necessary adjustments

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze and interpret user/product requirements, develop solution approaches, and implement them
  • Experience coordinating activities and/or projects
  • Experience in change, release, and test management
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, plus solution orientation and analytical thinking
  • Experience with distributed teams and remote work; a dedicated home office and reliable infrastructure required
  • Strong customer focus, sense of ownership, planning and organizational skills, and determination
  • Knowledge of agile working and software development methods: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Fluent German and English (business fluent)
  • Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is an advantage but not required
