Job Description
Junior Finance Analyst responsible for collections and credit analysis at Zenvia. Contributing to financial health through careful analysis and responsible negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound collections with a focus on negotiation and resolution;
- Monitor outstanding receivables and support efforts to reduce delinquency;
- Support credit analysis for granting and reviewing credit limits;
- Manage accounts receivable and process payment settlements;
- Handle and resolve level-2 (L2) financial tickets;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or collections;
- Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas and data organization);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Nice to have, but not mandatory: English and/or Spanish.
