Job Description
Junior Growth Marketing Manager für getpress, den neuen PR-Weg für Europas innovative Wachstumsunternehmen. Verantwortung für Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, Content und AI Visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads for the Sales team
- Develop lead magnets, test new formats, and evaluate initiatives based on data
- Develop and manage LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, optimizing cost per lead
- Implement webinar workflows technically, including Webflow, creative assets, and newsletter distribution
- Manage the editorial calendar for content assets and produce content
- Present data visually and communicate key findings clearly
- Maintain contacts and workflows in HubSpot
- Build nurturing workflows together with Linda
- Prepare for industry events and trade shows and evaluate the results
- Improve getpress’s visibility in AI-generated responses on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar services
- Conduct initial calls with prospective clients and manage the pipeline in the Sales Manager’s absence
- Gradually assume operational responsibility for marketing and lead generation during the first year
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, including experience as a working student at a startup or agency
- A completed degree in business administration, marketing, or communications is a plus, but not required
- Practical experience using LinkedIn as a marketing channel
- Initial experience with performance marketing, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with a CRM, ideally HubSpot
- Understanding of CRM workflows and newsletter tools
- Understanding of funnel logic and a data-driven approach to work
- Strong feel for language and brand, along with the ability to present data clearly in visual formats
- Structured, reliable, and receptive to feedback
- Nice to have: experience with event or trade show organization, B2B sales, or Webflow
- Experience with LLMs or AI workflows
- Excellent German (at least C1 level)
- Professional communication skills in English
- Based in Germany
