Job Description
Junior Investigation Analyst reviewing retail transaction footage and identifying potential theft. This role involves detail-intensive work without supervision in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review video footage of retail transactions
- Identify and flag potential theft using defined guidelines
- Accurately document findings in our system
- Maintain consistent quality and productivity
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused for extended periods
- Comfortable working independently without supervision
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- QA / content moderation / data review experience (Nice to have)
