Job Description
Global Security Technology leader shaping strategy, platforms, and modernization. Managing enterprise security projects, vendors, budgets, and global capability delivery for Johnson & Johnson healthcare operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Security technology strategy and landscape
- Craft Global Security’s technology strategy
- Manage projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities globally
- Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps supporting enterprise and functional goals
- Drive system modernization and platform optimization
- Oversee delivery of security technology solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and compliance requirements
- Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms
- Manage vendors and service providers
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with demonstrated responsibility for complex systems or platforms
- Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery
- Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management
- English required
- Preferred: experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations
- Preferred: demonstrated success driving technology transformation or modernization initiatives
- Preferred: strong change-management and communication skills
