Job Description
Quality Analyst ensuring quality for chatbot and digital journeys at ZENVIA. Working in Consulting teams to meet client expectations through testing and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate the quality vision to the team;
- Map and create end-to-end test scenarios;
- Execute tests for chatbots (user interface, APIs, events, among others);
- Execute tests for Digital Journeys (email and SMS triggers, documents, among others);
- Create test automation projects;
- Provide metrics through bug analysis reports;
- Ensure business rules are being followed;
- Produce test evidence;
- Create test documentation for acceptance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in technology-related fields;
- Solid knowledge of Programming Logic;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to read flowcharts;
- Knowledge in requirements analysis and documentation;
- Basic knowledge of GitHub;
- Basic knowledge of APIs;
- Willingness to grow, learn, teach, and develop your professional profile.
- Nice to have, but not mandatory :)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Degree in Technology;
- Proficiency in Ruby and HTML;
- Knowledge of software quality;
- Knowledge of interface automation tools.
