Job Description
Junior Sales Manager supporting sales of digital engineering, CAD/BIM, and software solutions for plant design. Presenting 3D modeling, laser scanning, and database solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales of our digital engineering and software solutions for industrial plant design
- Present 3D modeling, laser scanning, and database solutions to customers
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and manage customer data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Participate in customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows to generate leads
- Work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams
Requirements:
- Degree or vocational training in mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
- Initial knowledge of 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is an advantage
- Interest in laser scanning, engineering databases, and digitalization in industrial plant design
- Initial experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or project management is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital engineering solutions
- Team player with initiative and strong communication skills
- Good German skills; English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
