Job Description

SAP IS-U Consultant assisting energy providers with digital process transformation and project management. Flexible remote work across Germany and potentially in New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in digitizing their core processes
  • Elicit and structure functional requirements from energy suppliers and prepare technical target concepts
  • Analyze, evaluate and design business processes in the areas of billing, invoicing, market communication and device management
  • Independently configure and further develop SAP IS-U and actively support transformation projects toward SAP S/4HANA Utilities
  • Take on (partial) project responsibility including resource planning, milestone management and stakeholder management for relevant parties
  • Execute functional tests, prepare documentation and assist with user training
  • Design and develop intuitive applications, including integration into existing SAP system landscapes

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in the SAP IS-U environment at an energy supplier, energy service provider or in an IT/SAP consultancy
  • Degree in (business) informatics/computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification with an IT or energy focus
  • Solid knowledge of IS-U core processes, particularly in billing, market communication and FI-CA
  • Initial practical experience in (partial) project leadership and familiarity with agile or classical project management methods
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner in client settings
  • Business-fluent German (at least C1)
