Job Description
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant delivering Employee Central implementations and HR cloud transformations. Supporting German-speaking enterprise clients through integrations, migrations, rollouts, and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR business requirements and design tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Configure and support SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central and potentially Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning
- Set up data models, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and picklists
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, S/4HANA, or third-party systems
- Plan and execute data migration activities and support testing phases
- Participate in implementation and rollout projects and twice-yearly SuccessFactors release updates
- Handle incidents and change requests and provide 2nd/3rd level support
- Prepare functional documentation and conduct workshops and trainings for key users
- Collaborate with German-speaking HR stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP consultants
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant
- Strong expertise in Employee Central
- Experience in further SuccessFactors modules is a plus
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation or rollout
- Good knowledge of business rules, data models, RBP, and workflows
- Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP HCM or S/4HANA is an advantage
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are a strong plus
- Proficient German (minimum B2), written and spoken
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and in international, multicultural teams
